Chloe Karis lives in Melbourne, Australia and is currently a freelance writer.
Previously, she was a content producer at Luxury Escapes, content writer at Sightseeing Tours Australia and the co-editor at Catalyst Magazine. She has written for multiple publications and you can find some of her work at the Mushroom Group, Mixdown Magazine, NT News, Science in Public and The Lost Dogs' Home.
In 2021, she completed Bachelor of Communication (Journalism) at RMIT and Diploma of Professional Writing and Editing in 2018.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending time with her dog, going to concerts, and baking delicious goods. Chloe joined Canteen Victoria's Leadership Team in 2019, which allowed her to become a Youth Ambassador and a Peer Mentor. She has now completed her time with Canteen at the end of 2025 but has continued onto other opportunities including a Raise mentor and a Feel the Magic volunteer.
